It might be too late to apologize, but it’s not too late to claim his innocence.

OneRepublic drummer Eddie Fisher pleaded not guilty today to assault, destruction of private property, wrongs to a minor and two counts of disturbing the peace after his girlfriend filed charges in Denver yesterday alleging he threw her down during a fight, according to The Denver Post.

The musician was freed on $550 bond.

Girlfriend Lonnie Weygant posted on her Facebook, “I cannot ask the media enough to respect my situation and children in all this mess. While this is all very exciting for the public eye it is truly hard to swallow for me and my kids. All I can ask is that you give us the space needed to get past this difficult time.”

Weygant wouldn’t discuss the nature of the argument, but described what happened to with Denver’s Fox 31 News.

“Things just got out of hand and he snapped…and my entire cabinets are ripped off from my walls. I had my feet up against the wall trying not to let him in, and he busted through the door and he pushed me through the cabinets.”

Meanwhile, The Denver Post reports that Fisher told police Lonnie had hit him in the head and took his dog.

Nick Stahl‘s wife reported him missing, but a source who saw the actor after the wife saw him last expressed confidence that Stahl wasn’t gone for good.

“He does this sometimes,” the eyewitness exclusively tells E! News. “He’ll be back.”

Two sources tell E! News that Stahl, wearing a white T-shirt and tan pants, was spotted carrying boxes outside a West Hollywood apartment complex on May 10, the day after the actor’s estranged wife, Roseann, says she last saw him.

The person Stahl talked to at the complex would not comment on his visitor’s mindset at the time, but says that the 32-year-old father took off last Friday or Saturday.

Roseann contacted police on Monday.

Stahl and his wife had been locked in a custody battle since February, when Roseann filed court documents to request that he only be allowed supervised visits with their 2-year-old daughter—and that he be ordered to take a drug test before he saw the child.

Justin Bieber is all grown up—kinda.

In a new interview with GQ, the 18-year-old pop star opens up—hesitantly—about his life as a “swaggy adult.”

When asked by the interviewer if he’s ever gotten “s–tfaced,” he explains eloquently: “For me, it’s just like, I like to be in control of myself. I mean, I’ve had a beer, like, before…But I never get out of control.”

The Biebs is also quick to defend our girl Kim Kardashian after one of his “business advisors” insults the reality star.

“You guys are so mean, bro,” he says indignantly. “People say she doesn’t do anything; she actually does do stuff…She works hard.”

Bieber works hard himself, and he’s proud of his accomplishments. “I’ve never made a bad song,” he says.

And of course, like any teenage boy, he wants to reap the rewards of his hard work. During the interview, his tricked-out Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van arrives. It’s got three HD TVs, a computer dock and a fully operational recording studio. His friends try to guess how much it costs, and one reasons, “Definitely not a million.”

Hey, whatever amount this swag van set the Biebs back, we’re pretty sure he can foot the bill.

Nick Stahl‘s family is deeply worried about his well-being.

The Terminator Salvation star has been reported missing by his wife, E! News has confirmed.

According to the LAPD, Stahl’s wife, Roseann, filed a missing-person report on Monday.

In February, she reportedly filed court papers stating that the two were living apart and seeking full custody of their 2-year-old daughter, Marlo Murphy.

In the court documents she expressed concern about possible drug use, requesting proof that he test negative for drugs 24 hours before seeing their daughter and asking that a professional monitor the visits.

Stahl, 32, hit the news earlier this year when he was arrested for stiffing a Hollywood cabbie out of an $84 fare.

He spent the night in jail and pleaded no contest to defrauding the cab driver. The actor was slapped with a $50 fine, which the judge subsequently suspended in light of his jail stint.

Khloé Kardashian Odom‘s living the life—but the road to happiness and self-confidence hasn’t been without its bumps.

“I was called fat all the time,” she recalls in an interview with E! News‘ David Burtka airing today. “I’ve always been compared to my sisters, who are beautiful and who have always been.”

Kardashian, who has spoken out against bullying and worked with the “It Gets Better” campaign, says that at 5 feet 10 at age 13 and with lighter skin than her sisters, she always stuck out.

“I feel like I was so attacked,” Kardashian. “[I was picked on because] I had to wear braces, I was overweight as a kid, just for no reason.”

Even to this day, adds the E! star and household name, she still gets treated like the ugly duckling.

“I’m called the fat sister…I’m called the ugliest Kardashian,” she says. But the haters don’t hurt her the way they used to.

“I’m proud of myself,” Kardashian declares. “I could break and go get all this plastic surgery and get my nose fixed and get lipo or do whatever, but I haven’t chosen to do that because I  know I’m a great person. I’m pretty damn hot, if you ask me.”

Regarding the still-rampant issue of bullying, Kardashian says that she would love it if kids could focus on “how many positives they have.”

“Typically people get bullied because [the bullies are] afraid of that person,” she observes. “There’s a spark, a light, something that the bully doesn’t have—and they’re intimidated, so they want to attack you.”

As for her fellow adults who may be witnesses to child-vs.-child bullying and who decline to step in, saying they don’t want to interfere, Kardashian has no patience for such things.

“A lot of adults don’t think it’s their place to interfere with kids,” she says. “I interfere all the time.”
